Black & White Gateaux

 

A Zakes Cakes signature dessert.  Layers of chocolate genoise filled with our white chocolate mousse, covered with a white chocolate buttercream (yes, the real thing) and topped with hand cut dark and white Belgian chocolate shavings. 

 

This cake and almost all of the rest on this page are available in sizes to feed from 6 to 100 people.

Mocha Gateaux

Vanilla genoise, filled with layers of raspberry and chocolate mousse, topped with light coffee icing

 

Belgian Chocolate

Light chocolate genoise, filled with layers of chocolate mousse, iced with dark chocolate butter cream

Light chocolate genoise, filled with a layer of whipped cream and fresh raspberries, topped with chocolate ganache icing

Join us for our Special Prix Fixe Dinners ($25, 3 courses) each Wednesday and Thursday Evening.  The menu changes each week, but there are always multiple starters and entrees from which to choose.  It is a great way to sample some of our favorite seasonal dishes!
